River City Gymnastics is looking for a Director of Recreational Gymnastics to coordinate and oversee administrative, management, and training duties for our recreational gymnastics program. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Developing recreational gymnastics curriculum and class rotations

• Creating and maintaining class policies and online class schedules 

• Hiring, training, managing, evaluating, and scheduling coaching staff

• Managing and maintaining recreational gymnastics equipment and apparatus

• Coordinating tumbling clinics and special events

This position offers 30-40 hours a week plus benefits. Previous gymnastics experience and computer skills are a must. Managerial experience is a plus!
