Recreational
Gymnastics
Director
River City Gymnastics is seeking a Director of Recreational Gymnastics to coordinate and oversee administrative, management, and training duties for our recreational gymnastics program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing recreational gymnastics curricula and class rotations
-
Creating and maintaining class policies and online class schedules
-
Hiring, training, managing, evaluating, and scheduling coaching staff
-
Managing and maintaining gymnastics recreational equipment and apparatus
-
Coordinating tumbling clinics and special events
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software
-
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
-
Previous gymnastics experience required
-
Managerial experience is a plus
-
Friendly, dependable, and able to lead a team
This position offers 30-40 hours a week plus benefits.

Recreational Gymnastics Coach
River City Gymnastics is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Recreational Gymnastics coaches to join our team! This role involves teaching fundamental gymnastics skills to preschool and school-age children in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Coaches will help students build strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading recreational gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age children
-
Teach age-appropriate fundamental gymnastics skills and progressions that follow an established curriculum
-
Create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
-
Supervise and guide children with a focus on safety and encouragement
-
Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress and class updates
-
Assist with class set-up and clean-up
-
Model positive behavior and sportsmanship
Qualifications:
-
Experience working with children preferred
-
Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, a plus
-
Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Must be dependable and punctual
-
Willingness to learn and follow facility safety guidelines and class structure

After School
Care Staff
River City Gymnastics is seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our after school care team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and can create a positive and engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Supervise and ensure the safety of children

Facilitate recreational activities, games and enrichment projects
-
Maintain a clean and organized environment
-
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff

Follow all program policies and procedures
Qualifications include:

Must be available Monday - Friday from 3:00 - 5:30 pm

Experience working with children preferred
